This Privacy Policy explains how 2K Craft Co. ("2K Craft Co.," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit 2kcraftco.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. You must be 21 or older

The Site is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. We use an age verification step before granting access and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us information, contact us at hello@2kcraft.co and we will delete it.

Information you provide to us

• Contact and inquiries: your name, email address, and the contents of any message you send us by email.
• Age confirmation: the 21+ confirmation you provide at the age gate (stored locally on your device; see Cookies below).

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files and local storage used to operate the Site, remember your preferences and age confirmation, and (with your consent) measure Site performance and usage.
• Approximate location: general location inferred from your IP address.

Information from third parties

If you place an order through our third-party online ordering provider, or interact with embedded services (such as maps or social media), those providers may share limited information with us in accordance with their own policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to make the Site work (for example, to remember that you confirmed you are 21+ and your cookie choice). With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept orDecline non-essential cookies. • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

The Site uses or links to third-party services, which may include our online ordering provider, mapping/embed services, booking tools, and social media. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including recordkeeping required of licensed cannabis businesses), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Age confirmation stored on your device expires periodically and when you clear your browser storage.

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling.

Minnesota residents have these rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act. To exercise any right, email hello@2kcraft.cowith your request. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if you have concerns, you may contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to anyone under 21, and cannabis products are sold only to adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still manage cookies through the consent banner and your browser.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
