These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of2kcraftco.com (the "Site"), operated by2K Craft Co. ("2K Craft Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and age requirement

The Site and our products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21. We use an age-verification step and reserve the right to refuse access or service to anyone who cannot verify their age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for any in-store or pickup purchase.

2. About the Site

The Site provides information about 2K Craft Co., our brand, our locations, and our products, including the R2K beverage line. The Site is for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, cannabis products where such activity is unlawful.

3. Online ordering and third-party providers

Online ordering, where available, is provided through a third-party point-of-sale and menu provider. When you place an order, your transaction is handled by that provider and is subject to its terms and privacy policy. Orders are fulfilled in-store and require age and identity verification at pickup. We do not ship cannabis products. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, pricing, or availability of third-party providers.

4. Pricing, availability, and product information

Product selection, pricing, and availability are shown in-store and through our online ordering provider, and may change at any time without notice. We strive for accuracy, but the Site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and we reserve the right to correct them. Images are for illustration; actual products may vary.

5. No sale to minors

We do not sell or provide cannabis products to anyone under 21. Reselling, sharing, or furnishing cannabis products to minors or to anyone not legally permitted to possess them is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under 21 or otherwise prohibited from accessing cannabis content.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, introduce malware, or scrape or harvest data without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or age, or provide false information.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including the 2K Craft Co. and R2K names, logos, text, graphics, layouts, and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Submissions

If you contact us or submit information through the Site (for example, by email), you are responsible for the accuracy of that information and grant us permission to use it to respond to you and operate our business, as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information or requests to purchase or arrange delivery of cannabis through the contact form.

9. Health and product disclaimers

Cannabis products have not been analyzed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We make no claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition. Cannabis may impair concentration, coordination, and judgment; do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep cannabis products out of reach of children and pets. There may be health risks associated with cannabis use, including for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consume responsibly and in accordance with Minnesota law.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to or embed third-party websites and services (such as maps, booking tools, ordering, and social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2K Craft Co. and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2K Craft Co. and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located inWashington County, Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with ourPrivacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and 2K Craft Co. regarding the Site.
